The end customer needed travelling deployment teams to ensure process consistency across a large geographical area. Approximately 5,000 devices needed to be deployed in 36 countries within tight deadlines.

We provided the necessary group of technicians with the right skills, experience and language skills to exceed the customer's expectations. The complex planning was carried out jointly with the customer. We provided daily real-time updates and transparency to meet all SLA requirements, reported on key metrics and managed end-user escalations.

A major OEM customer required on-site technical resources for the launch of a new version of Windows in four European countries for its well-known luxury car customers.

Project overview

A major OEM customer required on-site technical resources to roll out Windows in four European countries for its well-known customer in the luxury car industry.


The end customer required full-time employees (FTEs) on site to deploy a new version of Windows. The resources had to have in-depth knowledge of operating system support and configuration and be able to manage a newly developed tool for deployment and application packaging.


European IT Firm provided resources with the right skills, experience and language skills to exceed the customer's expectations. We provided daily real-time updates and proactively communicated issues with application packaging before they were transferred to a live environment.

Results and achievements

In just over three months, over 3,000 operating system upgrades were successfully completed in four countries.

A large Japanese electronics company required on-site technical resources to install wall screens for a televised European sporting event spanning 19 countries.


The end customer required a travelling installation team to install the wall screens, including pre-testing and loading advertising software. The staff had to have excellent installation and configuration skills. The installations were more complex due to the live broadcast of the events, as the installations had to be completed ‘on the day’ within a set time frame.


Outsource EDV provided the resources with the right skills, experience and language skills to exceed the customer's expectations. We provided daily real-time updates and proactively communicated any equipment issues well in advance of the live broadcasts of the games.
